How can I download it?

First, you need to go to the AlwaysONline product page. Then, if you have a Macintosh, you will need to click on the little MacOS icon underneath the word "Download" and if you are using a computer, you will need to click on the little Windows icon underneath "Download."

For Macintosh, once you download AlwaysONline, it will be saved to a location on your computer where all downloads are automatically saved. This is normally on your computer desktop, or a Downloads Folder. In one of those locations, there should be a program called "AlwaysONline Installer." Double-click it to open it, and follow all the instructions to install AlwaysONline on your computer.

For Windows, there are two different versions of AlwaysONline. There is one for Windows95, and another one for Windows98 and later (including Windows2000, NT, etc). Both of these are listed under the Downloads

Can I try it out before buying it?

Absolutely. AlwaysONline comes with a 25-day trial period. We do not recommend that you purchase AlwaysONline until you are fully satisfied that it works to your expectations.
